Chef at Brisa Marina (Playa Blanca, Lanzarote)
Originally from León, he began his career in the restaurant business in Lanzarote at the age of 17. He has developed his own style after working in a number of restaurants in Lanzarote, Madrid and Bilbao, among other places.
After being chef at the Amura restaurant, he launched the project of opening his own restaurant, La Tegala, with a personalised concept that prioritises the value of the territory, combining Canarian products with others from abroad. He developed a unique cuisine that was awarded a Sol Repsol. In 2017, circumstances forced him to close the doors of the restaurant and he worked in Cristóbal Sánchez's La Cascada group.
Lastly, he joined Juan el Majorero's project in Playa Blanca, running the kitchen of Brisa Marina, a place that is much more than "a beach restaurant".
