The Colombian Rubén Darío has made Lanzarote his second home, also gastronomically.

At his restaurant, Citurna, in Playa Blanca, they work with what Rubén himself calls "globally inspired gastronomy". They take influences from cuisines all over the world and apply them to the island and its products.

At Citurna you can try Korean, Japanese and, of course, South American dishes. Of course, always with a Canarian touch and the best products.
