This pastry chef's motto says it all: "There's always room for dessert".

Based in Lanzarote, she has a degree in Gastronomy from San Salvador and a Masters in Pastry and Confectionery from Lleida. She combines her work as head of the pastry department at a Sol Repsol restaurant with that of her own online pastry shop, where she advises and creates the dessert menus for several restaurants. 

Adelia practises elegant and innovative patisserie, characterised by a constant search for local flavours, so that guests always end up with the best taste in their mouths.
